The aim of the Design Criteria is to set out the objectives and the controls to manage physical development at Lords View to achieve the desired overall functionality and estate character over time.

Compliance with the Design Criteria is a condition of subdivision. The Local Authority requires that building plans must first be approved by the Lords View Property Owners Association (LVPOA) prior to the submission of Scrutiny Plans to the Local Authority for the necessary building permits.

Collateral documents to be read with this document include the Conditions of Sale, Purchase Agreement, Zoning Conditions, the Environmental Management Plan, the Civil Design Criteria, the Landscape Design Criteria, and the Lords View Property Owners Association Constitution and Rules.
