Comprising strictly of the Lords View property owners, the main business objectives and policies of the LVPOA are to:
Induct new clients;
Promote, advance, administer and protect the communal or group interests of members and the members of further townships adjacent to Lords View that may be developed by the developer; and to
Enforce compliance with the conduct rules, Architectural Design Criteria and the MOI.
